Making A PurchaseMaking a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept card payments by Pay Pal and Actinic Payments processed by CreditCall. You do not have to have an account with Paypal to use your credit or debit card to make a purchase. No credit card or debit card details are stored on this site. If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us on 0844 665 3664 or by emailing orders@cheeksandcherries.co.uk and we will correct the mistake. When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. Delivery & HandlingWe deliver your order right away. We will normally despatch your order the same day, or, if your order is placed after 12pm, we will despatch it the next working day. If the items you ordered are not in stock for any reason, we will contact you straight away to let you know, and offer you alternatives, a refund, or separate deliveries if stock is due in shortly. Please inform us within two working days if the goods are damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company, and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for loss of your parcel during delivery, but we will do everything we can to assist you if your parcel is lost in transit. Returns PolicyRETURNS We're sorry if anything is not quite right for you. Here's what to do to return or exchange things: 1) Please return your goods in the same condition you received them. They need to reach us within 14 days of receipt: please make sure they are unwashed, unworn and in the original packaging. 2) Please use the address below, and send it to us either by recorded delivery (most secure) or by first/second class. We strongly recommend that you obtain a free 'Certificate of Posting' from the post office just in case (we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in the post). We're sorry but we cannot refund return postage unless the item is faulty. 3) If you'd like to exchange your item, please just let us know what you'd like instead by popping a note on your returns slip. If you purchase a multi pack of 5, 10 15 or more to receive a discount, you may still return one used, washed, for a full refund of the cost of one single nappy from that purchase. If you want to return the rest, they must be unused and unwashed to receive the refund. So, for example, if you purchased 15 Bumgenius 4.0 pocket nappies, to receive a 7.5% discount, and returned one used after 30 days, you would receive a full refund (£14.75 less the 7.5% discount you received for purchasing 15 items).
